Kymenlaakso's Welfare Area Support and Kiinteistoepalvelut Oy (hereinafter referred to as Kymen Support) requests bids for the winter maintenance of the properties it owns in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. Offers are requested for work machines and handmade jobs for work machines. The equipment is needed for snow plowing and sanding and sand removal.
One contract partner is selected for each sub -unit. The tenderer may submit the offer in one or more parts.
The service provider responds 24 hours a day In accordance with the winter maintenance of the roads, streets, sidewalks, parking spaces, and property entrances (hand and mechanical work and slip control) in accordance with tendering documents. Work must be carried out so that by 6:30 am or at the latest before the actual units opening.
Part 1 - Kotka and Karhula area
Part 1 includes winter maintenance work in the Kotka and Karhula area in accordance with the tender documents in the following sites:
- Kotka Central Hospital
- Karhula Hospital
- Karhula fire station
Part of the part of the contract is selected to produce items Winter maintenance work. The fixed -term contract period is three (3) years. By its decision, the subscriber may continue the contract period by introducing two (2) one (1) year option period. If the subscriber adopts the option, the terms of the contract to be competitive now apply to it as such.
