Description:
The City of Hameenlinna is requesting offers for winter maintenance work at unit -priced services. The implementation of the service must take into account all the input information mentioned in the tender documents. The subscriber reserves the right to suspend the procurement and reject all offers. The subscriber emphasizes that the goalis to get reliable and effective contract partners for winter maintenance.
The contract period is six (6) months. In addition, the agreement includes the option to continue the contract period for an indefinite period. The option is automatically enabled unless the contract is terminated in writingBy April 15, 2026. The customer's goal is that the contract period is valid from 15.10.2025 to 15.4.2026. However, the contract period begins earlier when the procurement decision has become final or when the Market Court has issued an enforcement permit and both parties have signedcontract. However, the agreement will expire no later than April 15, 2030. All bid prices must be provided in the form of VAT 0% of the terms of the tender documentsin accordance with. The subscriber does not accept alternative or parallel bids or otherwise contrary to the invitation to tender. The tenderer does not have the right to add their own terms to their tender.
