Description:
The object of the procurement is mechanical winter maintenance machinery services for streets and roads, light traffic lanes, other public areas and buildings in the Loviisa city area.
The selection criteria for the offers is overall economic affordability. Offers the lowest price (cheapest hourly price) in each sub-area is used as the basis for overall economic affordability.
In Appendix 4, Selection of tenders, it is stated in more detail how tenderers are selected for sub-areas. The bidder will come familiarize yourself with that appendix before making an offer. Making parallel offers is prohibited.
Procurement is divided into 33 sub-areas:
Destinations in the city of Loviisa:
One (1) service provider will be selected for sub-areas 1 14 (based on the cheapest price). A maximum of 15 is selected for sub-area 30 service providers (based on the cheapest price).
A maximum of 30 service providers will be selected for sub-area 16 (based on the cheapest price).
The sites of the Loviisa water plant:
For subdivisions 17 27, one (1) service provider will be selected for each (based on the cheapest price).
Additional machine price list:
To the subdivision 28 (price list for additional machines) a maximum of 30 service providers are selected (on the basis of the cheapest price).
