Description:
The City of Oulu's Community and Environmental Services / Streets and Traffic requests an offer for the winter maintenance of two (2) park courts as a total price contract for the winter seasons 2025-2027. The acquisition includes possible options for the winter seasons 2027-2028 and 2028-2029. For the contract of winter maintenance of park fields included works are the initial freezing of the fields, maintenance freezing, planing and snow plowing both on the fields and on the service roads connected to the fields. It is the responsibility of the service provider to observe the condition of the structures, surfaces, equipment and other similar things in the area and report deviations immediately to the customer. The contractor must keep a record of the amount of water taken from the city's water supply for freezing the courts and inform the customer of the seasonal consumption amounts. The main users of the park courts are groups learning to skate from kindergartens and children. There are no puck goals on the courts. In carrying out work occupational safety and field users and their safety must be taken into account in particular. The contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the sites before submitting the offer. The contract includes the following park fields below: City part / field / estimated square footage Saarela / Poolakuja field / 700 m2Rannanpera / Tuohustule park field / 1500 m2 (only approx. half of the field surface will be frozen) The price offer must be based on the request for tender and the tender documents attached to it.
