Description:
The acquisition is subject to the (mechanical) winter maintenance contract for the streets and public areas of Pelkosenniemi municipality. The goal is to ensure safe and unobstructed movement throughout the winter season. The acquisition includes mechanical plowing, sanding, polar removal and possibleSeparate work. The acquisition is divided into areas (regional contracts). The offer can be made for one or more contracts. A contractor is selected separately for each area. The same journalist can win several areas, but the total price of the contracts does not affect the contractor to be selected. Sub-areas / contracts(Appendix 1) is defined as follows:-sub-area 1 (contract A): Kirkonkyla planning roads 2 (contract B): municipal real estate-Section 3 (contract C): Pelkosenniemen Vuokratalot Oy's residential property plowing section 4 (contract)The acquisition includes three winter seasons: 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Winter season refers to the period from the beginning of October until the end of May following the following year (according to weather conditions). The agreement will begin in October 2025 and ends in May 2028. Exceptionally, taking into account the local snow situation,However, contractual obligations may begin in September.
