Description:
The municipality of Palkane is requesting tenders for the municipal property management of the municipality for 1 November 2025-15.5.2027. Possible work-related work will be carried out on a separate order, using unit prices under the contract. The offer should be submitted by sub-area. The selection criteria are the most economically advantageous offer based on the cheapest price. The price should be given throughout the winter season (VAT 0 %). The properties owned by the municipality of Palkane are divided into three areas: Onkkaala, Luopioinen & Rautajarvi and Aitoo. Exterior crabs and ramps are not part of the contract, the municipal property nurses will take care of these points, except for an area marked on the Kostia Areena map where it is not possible to make maintenance work mechanically. For Kostia Areena, it should be noted that the gym users will come to the gym already in the morning 5:00, but the plow must be completed by 7.45 at the latest. At the weekend, tournaments will start at 9:00 am. There are no accurate opening hours in the public buildings of the municipality of Papaane. By default, the following is used: the day care centers are open from 6am to 6pm. Schools from 7am to 9pm. Offices 7.00-17.00 (meeting days 22.00). Markets, etc., are common places and always open.
