Description:
The community technical services of Laukaa municipality's technical services is asking for your offer for the unit price (€/lane kilometer and €/hour) for the winter maintenance works of the street areas under the control of Laukaa municipality for the period 1 October 2023 to 31 May 2025. It is possible to extend the contract for the winter season from 1 October 2025 to 31 May 2027.
The sites are located in the agglomerations of Laukaa church village, Vihtavuori, Leppaevesi and Lievestuoree.
Winter maintenance work includes, among others:
Ploughing.
Anti-slippage.
Slush removal.
Snow handling, local removal and spreading.
Snow loading and transport.
Drying system maintenance and damage control.
Amaintenance of walkways.
Washing of roads and light traffic lanes.
Polante removal and, in connection, cleaning of site junctions.
Contractors are required to familiarize themselves with the contract areas before the end of the deadline for asking questions.

Tender prices are requested without VAT €/lane kilometer and €/hour.
The number of kilometers and hours of streets indicated in the contract program are estimated. The customer does not commit to the announced quantities.
