Description:
This is a small-scale procurement below the national threshold value. The Business Oulu business institution requests offers for services organized in the Oulu region's employment area in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The Oulu region's employment area includes the following municipalities: Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjarvi, Tyrnava, Utajarvi and Vaala. The employment division of Business Oulu is an institution belonging to the organization of the city of Oulu, which is responsible for organizing employment services in the employment area of the Oulu region. The size of the procurement is estimated to be 50 studies/contract period , which are initially estimated to be spread over 25 days/year. Depending on the customer's needs, the amount can remain lower or it can be agreed upon together to be higher. Due to a reasonable increase in the amount of the service, there is no need to enter into a new procurement contract. The total price of the service (incl. any options) cannot, however, exceed the national threshold
