- Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is preparing the joint procurement of work clothes and shoes. As part of the procurement preparation, we ask bidders interested in the procurement to comment on the draft procurement materials. We are asking for comments on the attached draft RFP, price attachments and draft contract. In addition, we would especially like to ask you to comment on the following issues: 1) Are you able to offer all the products requested in the price attachments? 2) Do you notice any ambiguities or contradictions in the requirements of the compared products? 3) Is it possible for you to respond to the requests presented in the draft RFP to the requirements of responsibility.4) Is it possible to supply fitting sets presented in the Request for Tenders for use by purchasing units? Do you have to ask for a price for fitting sets or can they be requested free of charge? 5) Do you have a suggestion on how you would arrange the fitting of products for such for procurement units that cannot come to make arrangements at the store in Tampere? 6) Are there conditions in the request for tender or contract draft that prevent or make it significantly more difficult to make an offer? 7) Are there any unclear points in the drafts?
