- The Central Ostrobothnia Education Corporation is requesting offers for work clothes for students and staff with maintenance services for the contract period 12 August 2026 - 11 August 2029. The following fields of education in the Central Ostrobothnia Education Corporation will use the service: food industry, restaurant and catering industry, machine and metal industry. The estimated quantities and service requirements are stated in the procurement criteria of this request for tender. The amounts have been estimated according to the current situation. The competitive procurement includes purchased work clothes, maintenance of work clothes, storage at the supplier's premises, transportation (once a week the work clothes are picked up at the laundry and brought from the laundromat), closeting, fitting service and lockable rental lockers. The work clothes must have chipping, which is used to track e.g. rotation of work clothes. In addition, work clothes must have a logo. The maintenance services listed above are included in the price indicated in the request for quotation. Additional charges may arise for ordering possible custom-made products and work clothes repair service. The price is stated separately for workwear in the form €/piece and for the maintenance service of workwear in the form €/piece/time (washing). The maintenance service is available 42 weeks/year, which is based on school weeks. At the beginning of the contract period, it will be acquired clothing for all students in different year courses.
