• Work clothes rental service Laundry service for own work clothes The city of Kokkola requests an offer for work clothes rental services and work clothes laundry services. The procurement is divided into two areas as follows: 1. Kitchen and cleaning industry work clothes rental service 2. Laundry service for own work clothes Rental services for work clothes for professional use in the kitchen and cleaning industry for a limited two (2) year procurement period (target July 1, 2026-June 30, 2028), after which the contract will continue valid for an indefinite period, unless terminated after the fixed term of the contract. The contract period begins with the delivery of the work clothes. The rental service must include textile rental, washing, maintenance, transport, storage, initial mapping and matching service. There are approx. 230 employees in the cleaning and food service. The contract does not contain a volume purchase obligation and the customer is not committed to certain order quantities. The service provider rents work clothes for the customer's needs. The subscriber has, if he wishes possibility to place additional orders when new items or needs arise. Laundry service for the personal, purchased work clothes of the employees of the property maintenance and traffic lanes and maintenance service unit for a temporary period of two (2) for the procurement period of one year (target July 1, 2026-June 30, 2028), after which the contract will continue indefinitely, unless terminated after the fixed contract period.
