The City of Kouvola requests the tender in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes for 2025-2027 and for any one -year option period 2028-2028. Work counseling may be in natureFixing, maintaining or developing depending on the needs of the work unit. The offer is requested by target audience. Partial offers by target group are allowed. Based on this tendering, the subscriber selects the number of supervisors stated in each work community in the invitation to tender. The contract is made for the selectedWith companies for years 2025 - 2028, the subscriber has no obligation to purchase. In the contract period 2025-2027, the subscriber selects the most suitable operator for each work supervisor, based on the interview, by taking into account the cost, the experience of that target group,customer situation and training needs.
