• Tuomi Logistiikka tenders the services of joint procurement work supervision, work community mediation and business coaching for the use of Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, the city of Tampere and Pirkanmaa Voimia. The subject of the acquisition is work supervision, work community mediation and business coaching. The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas. 1) Individual job guidance 2) Group work guidance 3) Work community work guidance 4) Match making 5) Group mediation 6) Business coaching Individual job guidance is for work, work community and operating environment, as well as management examining and structuring related questions, experiences and feelings. Individual job guidance provides an opportunity for personal growth and evaluation of development. The service is described in more detail in appendix 3.1 service description job guidance services Group work supervision is work supervision that takes place in a group, the content of which can be an examination of customer relations or group dynamics, or the sharing and processing of one's work sample with others. The group enables new, different perspectives getting to own work. The work steering group can be formed, for example, by representatives of the same profession from different work units.
