Description:
To the extent that procurements are not made as the municipality's own work or are done with other suppliers based on valid contracts, the municipality of Iiti requests annual bids for the years 2026 - 2027 for the municipal engineering works of the municipality of Iiti based on the framework arrangement principle, mainly including the municipality's budget objects of operating economy (maintenance, small renovations and small new objects) as well as property maintenance and maintenance work of public areas. As a rule, investment projects are not covered by the framework arrangement - on a case-by-case basis, small projects of up to 15,000 can be carried out within the scope of the framework arrangement investment acquisitions in the amount of EUR. The work is done on a contract basis and by the hour; construction contract procurements are mainly done as a small part of the earthworks work. Additional and modification work during the work/contract must be documented and agreed with the customer separately. The competition includes the above- street construction works with the associated water and sewerage and greenery, also individual trench excavation sites and other similar earthworks, e.g. for landfills, parks and harbors - water maintenance works - works related to the maintenance of streets and other public areas - wells, networks etc. maintenance work related to cleaning and emptying, e.g. property drains, wells, storm water wells, waste water network.
