- The city of Jakobstad (hereinafter the procurement unit) requests tenders for the Jakobstad region's employment area for workforce training: Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship The training is carried out in Jakobstad. The language of instruction is Finnish or Swedish as required the needs of the employment area. The training covers approximately 1,500 student days (ead). The validity period of the agreement is 2.1.-31.12.2026, with an option for one year (2027) corresponding to the same scope. The agreement is entered into with one or more service providers based on the financial most advantageous tender. The tenders are based on the Jakobstad region's employment area's procurement plan and budget framework. The training is financed within the appropriations reserved for workforce training. The tender must cover all costs for the education and training must be free of charge for the participants. The procurement unit selects the most economically advantageous tender based on price and quality according to described criteria. A comprehensive set of regulations applied in the procurement procedure appears of the appendix "Special conditions for workforce training (2025)". A detailed description of the content and objectives of the training can be found in the appendix "Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship". A tender can be rejected if it is not received within the deadline, does not correspond the tender request or does not meet the requirements.
