Description: Palkeet is planning to acquire a working time management system for Palkede's corporate and institutional customers. The system is planned to be successfully put into production by the beginning of 2022 at the latest. The deployment project is scheduled to begin in spring 2021. The system is scheduled to be piloted in late 2021.
The system is tentatively designed to include at least the following top-level functionalities:
- Shift planning
- Working time accounting
- Working time stamping
- Time and Attendance Calculation
- Working time reporting.
The acquisition is expected to include
- System Deployment and Delivery Project
- System Access
- System support and maintenance services
- Expert services related to the system.
During the commissioning project, the supplier will integrate the system to be acquired with Palki in the HR brand system used by limited liability and corporate customers into Mepco.
