• Puro Tekstiilihuoltopalvelut Oy is bidding for a working time tracking, shift planning, HR and payroll system with additional services. The procurement unit requests an offer for the following set of services: • Cloud/SaaS-based software that includes the following entities: o Working time tracking, shift planning, HR and payroll system • Working time tracking Stamping equipment (purchase or rent) The applicable collective agreements are the private textile maintenance industry collective agreement (Tekstiilihuoltoliitto maintain). For white-collar workers and senior white-collar workers, the white-collar worker agreement for the chemical industry applies (including the employers of the Tekstiilihuoltolito). There are about 6 main users and about 35 supervisors. The staff includes approx. 350 people coming to use the system. The number of personnel varies from month to month. The supplier must offer a complete package. Partial offers are not accepted. Alternative offers will not be accepted unless they have been specifically requested. The subscriber decides on the possible option of use. More detailed information and tender requirements for the entity in question can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tender, which states the minimum and quality requirements for the services offered. The fixed-term contract period for the procured services is four (4) years, after which the contract will continue to be valid until further notice.
