  • The Modular Aircraft Docking System/Working Towers SHALL fulfill the following requirements:The system shall be robust and weather proof for use in Finnish environmental conditions:- Operating temperature range minimum -40 - +50 degrees Celcius, usable in humid, snowy, icy, and offshore conditions.The systems Uniformly Distributed Load capability shall be at minimum 250kg/m3.The system shall be mobile and ready to use when assembled by interconnectable modules.- Wheels used on the docking systems must have a minimum diameter of 200mm and width of 40mm.The quantity of modules shall be sufficient so that at minimum two helicopter platforms: H215 and either B/AB412 OR AW119 can be used simultaneously. Dimensions of aircraft are illustrated in appendix 5.In transportation mode the modules shall be packable on a transportation rack or similar. The transportation racks shoud include wheels and handles to be movable by hand. The racks should be loadable onboard to truck by forklift. The racks should also be protected from the elements. The tenderer shall be able to deliver 3-view technical drawings for the aircraft types listed in this Call for Tenders.The tenderer shall organize installation and assembly training for FBG staff.Work safety matters shall fulfill the following European work safety requirement and Finnish national work safety regulations:- 2009/104/EC- Finnish Occupational safety and health act 738/2002- SFS-EN 1004-1:2020 Mobile access and working towers made of pref...
