- The acquisition is focused on the workstation analytics service. Istekki Oy needs a system that can be used to monitor the health of the workstations in detail and systematically. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements of it are described in detail in this invitation to tender and in otherin the procurement documents. The subscriber selects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes the contract. Only ISTEKKI Oy will be used by the contract and only Istekki Oy and the selected supplier will be the parties to the contract. For the sake of clarity, it is noted that Istek's customers are notparties to this tendering or on the basis of this contract. The acquisition volumes set out in the invitation to tender are estimates and does not form the contract for the subscriberquantity purchase obligation.
