Description:
Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK) requests your tender for the construction and renovation of Kymenlaakso real estate. The procurement is divided into two (2) areas: 1.Supervision 2. Supervision of Building Services - Building Services HVAC Supervision - Building Services RAU -Surveillance - Electricity Control The tenderer may provide one or in both areas. Agreements are made in accordance with the terms of the invitation to tenderwith bidders. Three (3) contractors are selected for each part. The contractor to be commissioned during the contract period shall be selected by a mini-competition between the framework contract suppliers from all frame contract suppliers in the area or directlyfrom the framework contract provider. If the first -placed framework contractor is prevented from doing the work, the work may be taken from the next located framework contract provider. The content, schedule and estimated workload will be agreed upon when ordering. Mini -racing can be implementedFor example, based on the total price, ceiling price or roof hours.
