- The Kemi-Tornionlaakso training municipality association Lappia, Vocational College Lappia and Louhi Lappia investment project are requesting your offer for an XRF analyzer (X-ray Fluorescence, hand-operated) suitable for professional training in the mining industry. The device must be applicable for demanding field use. The goal of the Louhi Lappia project is to implement and develop learning environments for mining, beneficiation technology and maintenance. Learning environments are built using new digital and environmentally friendly technology simulators and software. The procurement package of the investment project is divided into work packages 1-2. The purchase of the XRF analyzer is part of work package 1. The purchase is a one-time purchase and has not been divided into parts, because the purchase forms a single, clear and appropriate entity. The tender must take into account the overall implementation of the procurement in accordance with the conditions presented in the request for tender. Parallel, conditional or counter-offers are not accepted. Bidders are not compensated for the tender participating or making an offer. The XRF analyzer must be the latest and most modern technology, which corresponds to the technology used in mines located in Finland and Sweden. In this way, the learning environment is obtained that corresponds to reality teaching situations, in which case this acquisition brings added value to both students, teaching staff, and mining companies, for whom this project will produce new skilled workers.
