Description:
The subject of the acquisition is the Y-STR kit, the quantitation kit for simultaneous male and human DNA, the direct isolation kit for crime scene samples and other reagents and components and chemicals (e.g. ILSS (Internal Lane Size Standard), allelic ladder, calibration kit for the quantifier electfor the spectral calibration of the rophoresis device (spectral calibration)), which are needed to use the above-mentioned kits. The acquisition also includes the files (Bins, Panels, Stutters) needed by GeneMapper ID-X 1.5 or later versions for analyzing the results. In addition, procurementn's subject includes delivery of the aforementioned products to the customer and customer service.

PROCUREMENT SCOPE
Y-STR putty kaabout 3,000 reactions are performed annually (1,000 reactions from FTA cards and 2,000 reactions from crime scene samples). The simultaneous quantification kit for male and human DNA is used for about 2,000 reactions every year. The direct isolation putty of crime scene samples is used approximately 12 0 per year00 for DNA isolation of a crime scene sample. The numbers are non-binding estimates.
The procurement unit orders products approximately 3-4 times a year. If the products currently in use by the procurement unit change, the procurement unit validates the new products at the beginning of the contract period. Possible new products...
