• Description:
• The client's goal is to acquire a flexible partner for the maintenance and repair work of the electrical installations of rental apartments owned by the VAV Group located in Vantaa. There are approximately 19,000 residents in the apartments owned by the customer. The customer owns approximately 12,000 apartments. According to statistics, there would be approximately 1500 - 2000 commissions related to electrical work in this real estate base per year. The contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The customer does not commit to the estimates of procurement quantities presented in the procurement notice it is particularly important that the production of maintenance and repair work on electrical installations in apartments and in the common areas of the property is done safely and in a customer-friendly manner. The service includes e.g.:• Replacement of fixed sockets and circuit breakers• Installation work and repairs of sauna stoves• Versatile electrical installation work in public areas of buildings inside and outside• Purchase of charging stations for electric cars, installation work and their maintenance Work orders may also include procurement of supplies and other work service procurement related to execution. The conditions for achieving the goals are detailed in the ESPD form of the request for tenders, in the criteria section of the procurement target, and in the annexes of the procurement notice. The procurement decision is based on overall financial affordability according to scoring, where the maximum points are 1000 points.
