Description:
The City of Yloejarvi (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) is requesting a bid for food transports 1.8.2025-31.7.2027 + Option period 1.8.2027-31.7.2028. The acquisition is focused on food transport from the City of Yloejarvi to the city's locations. The acquisition is divided into five (5) items by preparation kitchen:1. Soppeenmaki Unified School 2. Metsakyla Unified School 3. Siivikkala School 4. Siltatie School, Route 1 5.from all five items. The tenderer must offer an entire item. Partial offers inside the site are not taken into account. Detailed routes, schedules and other practical issues will be agreed with the selected supplier / suppliers. The selected supplier / suppliersThe task is to have a detailed route planning and scheduling. Foods are manufactured using school manufacturing kitchens and transported to the city's offices. Food transportation in schools and kindergartens applies to the units of operations. The size of the transport boxes used is 60 x 30 x 40 cm (p/l/k) and40 x 40 x 40 cm (p/l/k). For objects 1, 3 and 4, supplier / suppliers must be prepared for the introduction and transport of Scanboxes during the contract period in accordance with Annex 1.
