The subject of the competition is the acquisition of round-the-clock purchase services for child welfare foster care as a dynamic supplier register described in this request for participation.
The procurement includes three (3) service levels:

The dynamic supplier register is valid for 4 2 2 years. In Dynaminen's supplier register, for the duration of its validity, it is possible to enter into agreements specific to substitute service locations, as confirmed in this request for participation. With this request for participation, operators are sought to join the supplier registerister, with whom, with this opening of the supplier register, contracts for substitute care places offered by the candidate will be made for the period 1 March 2024 (target) - 29 February 2026. Contracts can be extended after the fixed contract period until the end of the dynamic supplier register.

The South Ostrobothnia welfare region establishes a dynamic procurement system for rehabilitative work activities. The procurement consists of two service products (subareas) in the establishment phase. In the dynamic procurement system, rehabilitative work services will be procured for the welfare area for a yearen for the period between 2024-2028.
The dynamic procurement system is a two-stage bidding system. The first stage is the establishment stage, where interested bidders submit an application for participation. You can submit a participation application for either only one product or both products. DynaYou can submit an application to participate in the dynamic procurement system at any time during the validity period of the dynamic procurement system. The procurement unit processes applications for participation before the next simplified tender. The procurement unit either accepts or rejects the candidate depending on whether it meets thedokas minimum requirements for participation request.
The second stage is a simplified competition. Medical rehabilitation refers to those terforms of health care that aim to improve and maintain the rehabilitator's physical, psychological and social functioning.
